The claim of having a lift is misleading. many rooms can't be accessed directly!!! A bellboy would help with luggage up the steep stairs, which is quite a struggle!!! Soundproofing needs a serious upgrade!!!

the giuturna has a fantastic location, just minutes away from all the key tourist spots and great restaurants. my room was spacious, and the bathroom was a good size too. breakfast was lovely, with options like pancakes and toast, and the staff were super friendly. i felt truly welcomed here.

The room was pretty comfy, but it was hard to sleep because of the heat. Even after asking for help, the temperature stayed a bit too warm for my liking. The room was clean, and I loved the decor, but it could use better AC. Great location though, close to everything!
